Aaliyah's Year in Preschool

Aaliyah Demysa Wiberg is officially finished with her last year in Preschool. She graduated yesturday and we are so proud! I can't believe how grown up and beautiful she is becoming everyday. I just wanted to highlight some of the fun times she had this year.
This was a super cute activity, they did a teddy bear picnic. Girls woouldn't sit by the boys of course :)

She had so many wonderful experiences, and i am obviously a very proud momma! Now on to bigger and better things!!

WOW!!! BLESSINGS!

Well, all i can say is WOW to the last 4 weeks of our life! Obvioulsy most of you know the story. I had been training for over two months to run a half marathon. The day of, it was so cold. My hand were literally frozen before i even started the race! Future runners, that is a huge no no!!! Anyway, I was doing rather well i thought until around mile 11 when my leg decided to stop working, without informing me and i could no longer even put the least amount of pressure on it without feeling the most horrific pain i have felt in my life! YES! Worse than child birth! I had an amazing friend who signed up to run the race with me. She is a monster. She has done Half Iron Man's, triathalon's. You name it. So she had every type of pill you could imagine. Salt Pills are used in big races to quickly relieve major cramping to be able to keep going. She was giving me those, we were trying to stretch out my leg. She even did some karate chops on my hip where it was hurting! Ha, it's funny to laugh about now that she was like hitting my fractured Femur! But not to worry. I never felt like i wanted to quit, i just wasn't quite sure how i was going to finish two more miles on my leg that felt it was going to snap. Well, that friend, at 5'0 pretty much encouraged me and carried half my body weight the remaining 2 miles. My husband and family were cheering me on and Matthew helped carry me across the finish line. I DON'T EVEN REMEMBER CROSSING THE FINISH LINE! DANG! There were physical theropists at the end to help. They did the same thing. Rubbed the heck out of the spot that hurt! Karate chopped it as well! This was Saturday morning. The next Wednesday i decided that my swollen purple leg that i still couldn't walk on wasn't going to do any longer. Went and got an x-ray where, with many doctors it was determined i had a stress fracture all the way across my Femur. (One of the hardest bones to break in your body)I got in to an amazing Orthopedic, who is actually in my Stake Presidency. And was having surgery the next day. Now, with two large screws and a 7 inch rod in my leg, i am slowly but surely healing. With many prayers and blessings and amazing family and friends, have i been able to have such a quick recovery. Who knew, all from just trying to stay fit :) But don't worry. I will be up and i will complete an actual 26.2 marathon in the coming years! That's a promise.

For Someone Special

I thought i would make this post for my husband. He is seriously the most amazing man ever. Honestly, what guy really wants to marry a crazy lady with three crazy kids :). Well, i'm glad that there was at least one man. And that's my sweetheart. He has been going to school full time. He works full time. And between school and being absolutly exhausted, he always finds time to be with the girls and me. The girls know of him no different than that he is their daddy. He asked Aaliyah and Mekhii what his name is and they said over and over "Your name is daddy". "But sometimes i hear mom call you Matt". Aaliyah is always outside bragging to the other kids about him, and if he walks by or is just hanging out with them outside she will point him out and say "that's my dad guys". I really wanted to not only give you, Matthew, a pick me up. I wanted to share with friends and family and also to remind myself what a loving, kind and giving man you are. We are currently working on our sealing papers. To be able to go to the temple and be sealed for eternity. I can't even express how grateful and excited i am. I love you hunny. I know you are going to succeed in all that you do in School, providing for our family, in your occupation and in being a father and husband! I love you with all my heart.
